Kragmortha
Kragmortha is an entertaining board game for 2-8 people, ages 8 years and has played in about half an hour. It is the board game on the cards, "Yes, Lord and Master" and "grace, Lord and Master" from the Truant Verlag.
What is it about?
Players take the role of small annoying goblins turned up, which properly have the task of cleaning up the library of the sorcerer Rigor Moris. However, they have everything but house cleaning in mind and they are scurrying through the library to use the banned teleporters and steal to make matters worse still, the magic books of the master. I like this at all and he punishes everyone he will get hold of the Goblin. Since these are not a tempting prospect to try the Goblins with all sorts of tricks to escape and join him for the rigors Not even another goblin's feet.
What does it contain?
Inside the box a multilingual, easy to understand instructions lies with nice examples and illustrations for quick entry into the game. The schedule shows the library and is a clear fashion. With various shelves and a table made of cardboard, the library is filled with life. Moreover, for every Goblin and Rigor Mortis include a cardboard figure with stand and a small chip to display the player color. Also included are) 6 round Teleport chips with different symbols and last but not least 3 different decks of cards ( "Evil-glance" - movement and spell book tickets. All materials are illustrated in comic style and make a good impression.
How it works?
At the beginning of each batch of fixtures will match up to the number of players (shelves and table place). After all the cards and chips are prepared and placed each player receives a Goblin, and three movement cards. Now that the goblins and rigors are placed on their starting positions, ready to go.
The goal of the players is to get to magic books, and to make life as difficult as possible to the other goblins. In addition, players must move their character to spell book table and Rigor Mortis in the way of the other goblins. For the motion of the movement cards are used. Use the illustration to rigors, Goblin) (is quickly see who is allowed to be moved. The movement itself is controlled via icons on the maps, which find themselves on the game board.
During this movement can now enter the following situations:
- a goblin reached the magic book table:
The player may take the top card of the magic book stack and must be back in the front row. The card describes a special action,
The player can use the magical symbols and displays it in the glass sphere shown. - a goblin enters a teleport field:
The Supreme teleport marker is turned over and analyzed. If he shows a magic book belonging to the player gets the top card magic book.
Shows you the evil eye, the player gets an "evil eye" card. In these two cases, he must go back into the starting line. Is
however, see the goblin, he may switch to a different equipment in different teleport box. - Rigor enters a teleport field:
Rigor can always teleport and uncover must not chip (there are) his teleporter. - a goblin enters a field with another Goblin:
The player has entered the field, should the other goblin on any angenzendes field push (preferably with the Rigor Mortis) - a goblin, and Rigor Mortis will meet on a field:
the player gets to run an "evil eye" card must be listed out punishment and must return to the front row.
The game ends when a player scored the fourth "Evil Eye" card. The winner is the player with the most magical symbols on the book of magic cards and the least "evil eye" cards.
How do it?
The game and its rules have at first a little boring, and victory or defeat will be decided only due to the strategy of the players. But precisely these things, it is not at Kragmortha. What really counts is the interaction between the players and have the sympathy of schadenfreude when a teammate another "evil eye" is replaced and this can be really tricky. Thus, for example an "evil eye" are held throughout the card game about between chin and chest, or it is required to use his hands like claws, etc.. In order to dispel the mood in the library, but it should be at least 4-5 goblins, close enough so that it is, and may also pushing to bear.
Kragmortha is and remains a very fun party game, and as such one should evaluate it. Can you come to terms with it and played Kragmortha in the right round, it can develop a very entertaining evening, so after a final round is rare, because revenge is blood sausage.
